We are happy to give you a price to build only if you already have approved plans as well as working closely with you and your architect to form a robust, well-informed team to transform your dream home into a cost effective and functional home with no hidden surprises or cost overruns.
We are equally happy to take the entire process on our shoulders on a design & construct basis as one stop shop where we can appoint all the designers and manage all authorities approvals through to construction and handover providing you with a headache free and a pleasant experience from a to z.
Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations
Renovation or remodeling your bathroom or your kitchen can breathe new life into tired spaces. Whether your bathroom or kitchen have served their life spans and need to be fully renovated or whether you simply would like to remodel them to create a vision that you have in mind, we have significant experience in transforming bathrooms and kitchens into modern spaces that you can enjoy for many years to come.
You can keep the existing layout or change the layout to suit your requirement and we will make all the structural and architectural changes to ensure the end result is exactly as you envisioned it. Extending your home can often be a less costly and stressful option than moving to a new home. You can take the opportunity to change the layout and make your existing home work better for you.
We will guide you every step of the way with your house extension. If required we know some great Architects who can help design the space, apply for authorities’ approvals and produce detailed plans and of course build it for you to the highest quality, workmanship and finish.

We are always actively seeking properties with development potential. Especially land suitable for Duplex development. We are open to invest in such opportunities as joint venture partners and relieve you off the pressure of borrowing to build your dream duplex.
